The library enables parents to find what they need on shelves waist-high and up, while children’s materials keep younger minds busy on the lower shelves. Materials in the library cover everything from potty training, cultural issues and discipline to a variety of special needs. HIPPY services are delivered by Home Instructors who are active parents from the community.
